This early morning class starts with a quick warm-up, then we get straight into the Boxing fun. Partner drills and Bag work….we do it all.
One for the Ladies only. This assault on the lower body is the best way to get the toned legs and trimmed torso you’ve always wanted.
A Combination of two of our most popular classes, “Boxing Boot Camp” and “Kick Fit”, this class covers every Punch & every Kick, and will leave you on a fitness high.
Every muscle group is put through their paces in this total body fit blaster.
Also includes some high energy Boxing drills.
Thursday night is a great test of your Cardiovascular Fitness and over all Strength in this “progressive” class which will also test you mentally!
Friday Morning will also test your fitness and muscular endurance in this “timed” class which finishes off with Cardio Boxing.
Bek will put you through your paces during this mid morning Thursday interval class that will test every part of your mind & body.

Burn off those unwanted weekend calories with this exciting Sunday class. Beat the clock and pump out as many Punches or Reps as you can before the bell sounds.
This 45 minute class focuses on burning fat and getting toned. Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps are all trained to fatigue with the use of Barbells and retro music. *Bookings are essential for this class*
