Starting with an array of functional, compound & isolation exercises, these high energy classes then move onto various fun & challenging partner boxing drills that will get your heart pumping and your body ripped.

BOX FIT

This early morning class starts with a challenging warm-up, then we get straight into the Boxing fun. Partner drills and Bag work….we do it all.
Suitable for all fitness levels.

A.B.T KICK FIT

This assault on the lower body is the best way to get the toned legs, firm butt and trimmed torso you’ve always wanted.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

KICK BOX EXPRESS

A Combination of two of our most popular classes, “Boxing Boot Camp” and “Kick Fit”, this class covers every Punch & every Kick, and will leave you on a fitness high.

TABATA 12

Every muscle group is put through their paces in this total body fit blaster. Six exercise stations of Tabata drills (20 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest for 4 minutes) followed by six Tabata Boxing stations.

MUSCLE BOX

All major compound moves are covered across 5 weight lifting stations, followed by 5 Boxing stations envolving fun & challenging combinations.

KICK FIT BOOT CAMP

This class combines many aspects from all our other classes…..Circuit & H.I.I.T training…. Kick Boxing & Boxing.

TABATA BOX FIT

Beat the clock in this Sunday afternoon class and pump out as many Punches or Reps as you can before the bell sounds. Alternating between Exercise & Boxing drills will burn off those unwanted weekend calories.

TABATA PUMP

This class will help build your endurance while toning muscles & burning fat. We train the entire body….Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps & Core.
Suitable for all fitness levels.

10 ROUNDS

This one of a kind class is made up of 5 minute rounds involving Boxing on the heavy bags and Circuit Exercises that cover all muscle groups.
10 rounds of 5 minutes on with 1 minute rest, alternating between the Boxing and Exercise drills.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
