CIRCUIT KICK BOXERCISE

This class starts with 30 minutes of Resistance Training covering all the best Strength & Fat Burning exercises, followed by 30 minutes of high intensity Boxing & Kick Boxing drills.

TABATA 12 - BAG BOX

TABATA BOX FIT

Beat the clock in this Sunday afternoon class and pump out as many Punches or Reps as you can before the bell sounds. Alternating between Exercise & Boxing drills this class will burn off those unwanted weekend calories.

10x5 CIRCUIT - BAG BOX
